Boston is Beautiful in the Summer

August 31st, 2008 · No Comments · Uncategorized

I purchased an iPhone the other day and have found it be a marvelous way of capturing photos without having to leave the house with photo-taking as the objective of your trek.  I’m definitely sold on the idea of integrating your phone and camera into a single device… a much better way of making sure that you can “capture the moment” without a lot of planning and hassle.

Anyway, since I live on the HBS campus, I find myself walking across the Kennedy Bridge into Harvard Square constantly.  Every time I do so, I’m amazed how beautiful the Charles River is.  The sun is shining, the weather is in the mid-70s, and it’s just a gorgeous time to be here!  I’ve heard that this changes as the year progresses (into fall… and winter…), but for the moment, it’s a lovely place to be.  I wish that I had come to Boston a few weeks ago to have additional time to enjoy the city before the onslaught of classes.  Anyway, here are a few photos from around Boston:
